Room reservations are made through a third-party booking platform. The following applies to all bookings:
A reservation is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation via the booking platform. Availability shown on this Site is indicative only and is not a guarantee that a room is available for your requested dates.
Cancellation and modification policies are set by the booking platform and will be presented to you clearly before you complete a reservation. Please read those terms carefully at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is 12:00 (12:00 PM) Thailand Standard Time (UTC+7). Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Pool access rooms have direct balcony access to the swimming pool. The pool is a shared hotel facility available to all registered guests. Pool access hours and any applicable rules are posted on-site. We reserve the right to close the pool temporarily for maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons.
Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and the behaviour of any guests they invite to the room or pool area. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if guests engage in behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, illegal, or in breach of posted house rules.
